For me, quality is not a set of procedures, but a way people collaborate, understand processes, and solve problems together.
I built my experience in a long-established pharmaceutical company, as well as in a young automotive organization where systems were being developed almost from the very beginning. These different environments shaped my belief that quality is always connected to context and to the people who bring it to life.
In my work, I am guided by curiosity and a constant desire to think beyond established frameworks, to question existing solutions, and to look for simpler, more meaningful approaches to quality.
